To place orders, you may be required to create an account .
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account .
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and order placement .
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity .

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors .
Prices listed on our platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice .
Payments for routine orders are collected after successful delivery .
For high-value orders (2+ products with total value exceeding PKR 2,500), packing and delivery charges are collected in advance before dispatch .
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, packing, and courier charges .

5. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free .
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display settings .
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice .

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 14 days nationwide .
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances .
No claims will be accepted for failed deliveries caused by the courier, customer unavailability, or incorrect contact details provided by the customer .
Courier companies operate independently and are not under our direct control .

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information on:

Replacement of incorrect products (must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof)
Replacement of non-functional products (must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video)
Conditions and exclusions (performance, battery life, and feature claims are not eligible)

8. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose .
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system .
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services .
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code .

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Minute Electronics or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws .
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent .

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minute Electronics and our partners (including dropshipping suppliers) shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business
Damages arising from product performance, usage, or customer expectations

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim .

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis .
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure .
We make no warranties regarding product performance, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement .

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites .

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan .

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website . Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms .
