At Minute Electronics, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, charges, and important terms you should know.

1. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 14 days nationwide across Pakistan .
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and the delivery location. Our system automatically selects the most budget-friendly courier option for each order .

Charge Type	Details
Courier Charges	Start from PKR 180 for parcels up to 0.5 KG. Charges vary with package weight and destination city .
Packing Charges	Start from PKR 40, depending on package size and order volume. We use high-quality 5-ply corrugated boxes to protect your items during transit .

3. Payment of Shipping Charges

For routine dropshipping orders, you do not pay shipping charges in advance. You only pay the product price, packing, and courier charges after the parcel is successfully delivered and payment is received from your customer .

Advanced Charges for High-Value Orders:
If an order contains 2 or more products with a total value exceeding PKR 2,500, packing and delivery charges are collected in advance before the parcel is dispatched .

4. Failed Delivery

If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will make additional attempts. In case of permanent failed delivery, only the packing and courier charges will be charged .

No claims will be accepted for failed deliveries caused by courier issues, customer unavailability, or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
Courier companies operate independently and are not under our direct control.
